Issue 1: Printer not turning on

  • Initially, check to make sure that your printer’s power cord is connected properly.

  • Similarly, make sure that you have loaded only the recommended paper type into your printer.

  • Configure the print settings if they are configured wrongly.
  • If the printer status is busy, wait for the queued print jobs to complete and then perform the current one.

Issue 4: Duplex printing problems
