You can connect your Xerox printer to a wireless network from its control panel or using the printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS). The following instructions will let you know how to perform the Xerox VersaLink C400 Wi-Fi setup using the printer control panel.

XEROX VERSALINK C400 WIFI ADAPTER

    To configure your Xerox VersaLink C400 printer over a wireless network, an optional Wireless Network Adapter should be installed because this printer doesn’t have the wireless network settings built into it.   • Make sure that your Xerox printer is turned off.
  • Now, get the Wireless Network Adapter that is recommended by the printer manufacturer and unpack it.

XEROX VERSALINK C400 FACTORY RESET

    Perform the following instructions to factory reset your printer settings to their defaults
