Replace Damaged Ink Cartridges

 
  • If the ink cartridge is damaged and your printer stops printing, change the ink cartridge as soon as possible.
  • Make sure the Canon printer is turned off.
  • Open the scanner unit until it stops in the open position.
  • Remove the damaged ink cartridge from the print head holder.
  • Gently wipe all the ink spilled inside the printer.
