Change the Printer Settings

  • Click the Start Button.
  • In the search field, type Control Panel.
  • Hit the Enter button and then open the Control Panel window. 
  • Locate the Devices and Printers option. 
  • Tap on it to see the correct model name of the Ricoh printer in the Default section. 
  • Once you find the name of the Ricoh printer, right-click on it and choose the See what’s printing option from the drop-down menu.
  • Remove all the print queue jobs.
  • Next, click the Printer menu and uncheck the Use Printer Offline option. 
  • Restart the printer and computer.
  • See if your Ricoh printer is online on your Windows 10 computer.

Uninstall and Install the Printer Driver

The corrupted printer driver may cause offline errors. The only solution is to uninstall the printer driver. 

After uninstalling the printer driver, you need to install the latest printer driver to allow the Ricoh printer to function properly.

  • Download it on the device.
  • Open the setup file to install Ricoh printer driver in the device.
