Open the default browser on your computer (on which you have installed the printer).
Type the IP address of your printer in the URL field.

Go to the System tab.
Click the Administrator option.
Go to the Enabled Features section and check if the Scan to Email option is enabled. If not, select ON from the drop-down menu beside it.

Now, return to the main screen.
