  • To print your envelope from the bypass tray, open the side of your printer.
  • Load your envelopes with the print side facing down; ensure that you are not loading more than 10 envelopes.
  • Adjust the width guides against the loaded envelopes.
  • Finally, close the side part of your printer.
  • On your printer control panel, tap the Settings icon.
  • Select Preferences> Paper Settings> Paper Settings.
  • On the next screen, tap the Envelopes option and tap OK.

  • From Tray 2, you can print up to 25 envelopes. Among the three methods, printing the envelopes from Tray 2 is much more complicated as you need to fit in two different attachments into Tray 2. 
  • To proceed further, extend Tray 2 and fit in Attachment A into its slot. When you have bought this printer, you should have received Attachment B. Take it out and load it on the top of the paper guide.
  • Now, load the envelopes with the print side facing up and adjust the guides against them. Ensure that you are loading the envelopes with the print side facing up.
