Note: While adding or removing a toner, do not turn off the main power to the printer. Also, do not shake the toner cartridge.
The default printer password is required to access the Web Image Monitor. If you wish to reset the password, you need to access Web Image Monitor in the administrator mode.
Note: Change the password frequently. If the user is logging in to the machine through Web Image Monitor, then logging on from the machine’s control panel is disabled.

This error is caused by the incorrect document type selected in the print application. To fix this error code, change Set Sub Paper Size to Auto.
Error - Printer settings could not be saved. Operation could not be completed:
This error occurs when you disable or stop the Windows Firewall Service. If you experience this error while sharing a printer file, set Windows Firewall Service to Automatic and then start the service.
No KCMY cartridge:
No new cartridge is inserted or it is not inserted properly. Install the print cartridges properly to clear the error.
Warning out of paper/ Load Paper:
Reload the tray with printer-supported paper.
The Ricoh printer is flushing or cleaning its print head. Wait for few minutes.
If the paper is loaded improperly, the print quality error occurs.
Light or faded print:
Install the new toner cartridge to improve the print quality. Also, adjust the print resolution and turn the toner save mode off.
The paper may be defective. Try reprinting on it. The moisture content of the paper might be uneven. So, try different kinds of paper.
