REMOVE AND RE-ADD THE PRINTER:

The first and the foremost troubleshooting method that is highly recommended is re-adding the printer to your PC.

  • Click on the Windows Start icon.
  • Type the text - Devices and Printers in the search bar.
  • From the search results, click on the Devices and Printers option.
  • In the Devices and Printers section, you will see the list of printers that are connected to your PC.
  • Locate the Epson EcoTank ET-7750 printer.
  • Right-click on your printer icon and click Remove Device.
  • After a few minutes, re-add the printer to your computer via a USB cable.

HAVE A LOOK AT THE INK TANK LEVELS:

  • From the front panel of your Epson printer, check the ink tank levels.
  • If you find any empty tanks, fill them with the respective ink bottles.
  • Also, you can use the Epson iPrint application to check the ink levels and perform maintenance tasks like printhead cleaning.

CLEAN THE PRINTHEAD:

Note: Cleaning the printhead will clear many printer issues but, it will consume a significant amount of ink.

Tip: Do not turn off the printer during the cleaning cycle; doing so will cause permanent damage to the printer.

  • Use the printer control panel to run the cleaning cycles and check your nozzles.
  • Before performing any task, ensure that the printer is not flashing any error light.

CLEAR THE PRINTER QUEUE:

The problem usually occurs when the user keeps on pressing the print button without noticing other issues with the printer, such as a paper jam, insufficient paper in the paper tray, cartridge problem, etc. So, clear the print queue by following the instructions below.

You can clear the printer queue through the Control Panel window or the Command Prompt.

Control Panel method:

  • Turn on your PC and click on the Windows Start icon.
  • Type Control Panel and hit Enter.
  • On the control panel window, go to the search bar.
  • Type Printers, and press the Enter key.
  • Now click on View Devices and Printers.
  • You will see all the printers that are connected to your PC.
  • Right-click on your printer and choose the See what's printing option.
  • Go to the Printer menu and click Cancel All Documents.
  • You have successfully cleared the printer Queue.

Command Prompt method:

If you don't prefer the previous method, you can clear the printer queue with the help of the Command Prompt window.

  • Type Command Prompt on your windows search bar.
  • Right-click on it and select Run as Administrator.
  • You will be able to see the Command Prompt window on your computer screen.
  • Type net stop spooler and press the Enter key.
  • Type del %systemroot%32\spool\printers\*/Q. and press Enter.
  • Type the text - Net start spooler and press the Enter key.
  • Your screen will display - The print spooler service was started successfully, which means that your computer has cleared the printer queue.
  • If this is the solution to your problem, it will bring back your printer's life, and you can print your documents flawlessly once again.

DOWNLOAD THE LATEST PRINTER DRIVERS:

  • Uninstall the old printer drivers and their traces from your PC.
  • Open your default web browser and land on the printer’s support page.
  • Scroll down the page and click on Downloads.
  • Select your OS version from the drop-down menu and click GO.
  • Download the updated printer drivers for your Epson printer.
