Remove packing materials

  • Clear the packing materials and orange tapes from the outside of the printer.
  • Lift the printer’s scanning cover and peel off the orange tapes.
  • Close the scanning cover properly.

Turn on the printer

  • Connect the power cord's one end to a power outlet and its other end to the printer.
  • Raise the operation panel and press the ON button to turn on the printer.
  • Set your language and tap Yes -> OK.

Install the ink tanks

  • Open the printer’s scanning cover.
  • Take out the ink tanks from the package and then insert them in the respective slots. 
  • Close the scanning cover.

Load paper

  • Tap the OK option on the control panel.
  • Load enough paper into the paper cassette.
  • Tap OK -> Next -> Next -> OK.

Connect the printer to your computer

  • Use the Setup CD-ROM to install the Canon Pixma TS8320 printer software on your computer.
  • When prompted for connection type, select USB connection. Connect a USB cable between the rear side of the printer and the computer's USB port.

  • Click Driver Download on this page to download the Canon Pixma TS8320 printer driver, and it will be saved in the Downloads folder. Double-click it and proceed with the steps to get install the Canon Pixma Ts8320 driver setup.

  • On the printer’s touchscreen, tap the Wireless Connect icon.
  • Tap the Yes option. Wait until you see the Follow the instructions on the computer or smartphone message on the display panel.
  • Download the printer’s setup file on your Windows computer.
  • Open the setup file and click the Start Setup button.
  • Review the network security information and click the Next button.
  • To agree with the Canon license agreement, click the Yes button.
  • Note: If you click the No button, you cannot install the printer software.
  • Select the Do not agree or Agree option. 
  • Click the Yes button in the Check the Connection Method window.
  • If the connection is established successfully, you will see the Connected competed message on the screen. 
  • Click the Next button twice and close the wizard and Canon Pixma Ts8320 wireless setup.

Canon Pixma Ts8320 Installation Steps

Here are the steps to register your Canon printer with Google Cloud Print.

  • On your computer, open Google Chrome and log in to your Google account with the correct credentials.
  • Navigate to Chrome’s Menu. Select Advanced -> Manage Cloud Print devices.
  • Choose your printer name and click the Add Printers button.
  • Once you see a confirmation message, click the OK button.
  • On the printer’s touchscreen panel, tap the Yes option to complete the setup.
  • Now, you can print from your computer/smartphone with the Google Cloud Print feature.

CANON PIXMA TS8320 PRINTER OFFLINE

  • Turn off the Canon Pixma TS8320 printer offline and turn it on after a minute.
  • Mostly, this will resolve the Printer is Offline error. 
  • If it persists, change the printer status online as steps given below.
  • On your 8 Windows computer, go to Settings and click the Control Panel option.
  • Select Hardware and Sound -> Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click your printer icon and click the See what’s printing option.
  • When the next window appears, click the Printer tab and remove the checkmark next to Use Printer Offline.

CANON PIXMA TS8320 PRINT SETUP

  • Check if the Canon Pixma TS8320 printer is turned on.
  • Place the required plain paper in the paper cassette.
  • On your computer, open a document to print.
  • Click File -> Print.
  • Select your printer model and click the Preferences or Properties button.
  • When the Printing Preferences window appears, navigate to the Quick Setup tab. 
  • Choose your print setting from the Commonly Used Settings drop-down menu.
  • The Additional Features, Media Type, and Printer Paper Size fields have been set to the predefined values. 
  • Select the High, Standard, or Draft option from the Print Quality menu.

CANON PIXMA TS8320 NOT PRITNING

  • If you are using the rear tray, the feed cover must be kept closed.
