REPLACE THE INK TANKS:

  • First, ensure that your printer is turned on and the front cover is open.
  • When you see the ink tank replacement message on the display screen, push up the ink tank eject lever.
  • Remove the ink tanks from their packaging.
  • Insert the new ink tanks into the respective slots.
  • Push the ink tanks until they snap firmly into place.
  • Tap Exit on the printer LCD screen.
  • Finally, close the front cover.

Canon Maxify MB2320 Scanner Not Working:

CHECK PLATFORM COMPATIBILITY AND CONNECTIONS:

  • If your Canon printer doesn’t scan after upgrading the computer from an older version to a newer one, there are high chances of compatibility issues.
  • So, you need to update the computer's Operating System or the printer driver itself.
  • If the wires are not plugged properly, this might lead to the scanner not working problem.

  • Move the router closer to the printer.
  • Check for interference (remove solid objects).
  • Ensure that your Apple device is not in AirPlane mode.
  • Check whether both the printer and Apple device are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Check whether both the iPhone and printer are running on the latest software version.
  • Turn both the devices off, wait for a few seconds, and turn them on again.
  • Try switching your Apple device's Wi-Fi bandwidth (2.4 GHz to 5 GHz).

Canon Maxify MB2320 Will Not Turn On:

  • Cross-check whether the printer is in sleep mode. 

Note: When the Canon printer is idle for a certain period, it will enter into sleep mode, which is quite common.

  • Cross-check whether the power cord is firmly connected to the electrical supply.
  • Also, make sure that the socket is working correctly.
  • If possible, try using a different power cord.
