The Brother HL-L2395DW printer allows you to scan a document and send its copy to different locations such as a computer, an e-mail address, an FTP server, etc. If you’re performing the scan to computer, scan to email, or scan to USB operation for the first time on your Brother printer, then scroll down this page to know the exact steps for it.
If you are using a webmail account, then you can’t use the scan to E-mail feature. If you wish to perform the scan to e-mail operation from your printer’s control panel, then make sure to select either the Microsoft Outlook application or the Apple Mail application in the Brother iPrint & Scan app installed on your mobile. Similarly, on your computer, make sure that your e-mail application is set as the default mail client and it supports the Mail-to feature.
The Brother HL-L2395DW printer doesn’t support the scan to USB function. But, you can scan to a computer that is connected to the printer using a USB cable. To do so, follow the below instructions.
